What is your minimum order quantity?
We offer flexible MOQ’s designed for grassroots, competitive clubs, schools and university programmes, starting with a minimum of:
- 25 x single customized product (can be a combination of youth or adult size, male or female cuts)
How durable is your printing?
We utilize sublimation printing for high- impact sports:
- Full-body sublimation means no peeling or cracking
- Fade-resistant under UV and chlorine
Do you offer samples?
Yes, your options are:
- Sample before final confirmation (Cost + shipping deducted from final order)
- Full sizing kit rental (refundable deposit)
- Pre-production sample for colour & fit approval (Cost deducted from final order)
Can you add logos and sponsors etc?
Absolutely, we support:
- Full sublimation printing
- Application of logos & sponsor patches
- Single or multi-colour player name & numbering systems
How does your pricing work?
Our prices are based on:
- Product type and fabric technology
- Order volume
- Discounted multi-year supply agreements
- Bundle packages
What are your payment terms?
For custom team orders, we work on a two-stage payment model:
- 75% deposit at the time of ordering. This deposit confirms your order and allows us to begin design finalization, fabric allocation, and production planning. Your order is not placed into the production queue until this deposit is received.
- 25% balance when your order is ready to ship. The remaining balance is due once your order has passed final quality checks and is ready for dispatch. We release the shipment after the balance payment is received and cleared.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
Because our products are fully customized and made-to-order, this deposit structure helps us manage production efficiently while giving you a clear, predictable payment schedule.
What are your order lead times?
- Regular season orders: 4–6 weeks from final design approval
- Rush production orders: Available in select cases (Additional fees will apply)
- Bulk programs: Seasonal slot booking for guaranteed delivery windows
Are your garments North American sizing standards?
Yes. Our garments are built on North American (U.S./Canadian) sizing blocks, so the dimensions are intended to feel very familiar to customers who normally buy U.S. athletic apparel. In most cases, you can start by selecting the same size you typically wear in U.S. sportswear, then confirm using our size charts and online sizing tool.
As with any brand, there can be small differences in fit from what you’re used to, which is why we strongly recommend using our sizing tool. Check our size chart and sizing tool, using actual body measurements (in centimeters). Choose your size based on measurements first, and the size on the tag second.
What is your dispute resolution process?
Canadian law applies.
Our Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. If you live in another country, any mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law still apply.
Talk to us first.
If there is an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us in writing and give us a reasonable opportunity (usually about 30 days) to work with you to resolve it informally. Most problems can be resolved at this stage.
Mediation is an option.
If we cannot resolve the issue informally, we may suggest non-binding mediation with a neutral mediator, either in Ontario or by video call. Mediation is optional for both sides, and the costs of the mediator are usually shared.
If it goes to court.
If a dispute still cannot be resolved, any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Ontario, Canada (in Hamilton or Toronto]), unless a mandatory law in your home jurisdiction says otherwise.
There is a time limit.
In most cases, you have up to one year from when a problem arises to bring a claim related to your order or our website, unless your local law gives you a longer non-waivable period.
Your consumer rights are protected.
Nothing in our dispute process is meant to remove or reduce any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws where you live.
How are your prices so competitive?
We’re an e-commerce-first business with low overheads, and we ship direct to customers from our manufacturing source, so you’re not paying for multiple layers of retail mark-ups or unnecessary handling.
As parents of kids in competitive sport, we also price with integrity: we understand how quickly costs add up and we don’t believe in price-gouging teams and families. Competitive pricing does not mean compromised quality.
