Because our products are largely custom products made specifically for you, our return and cancellation policy is necessarily limited. We aim to be fair and reasonable, especially where errors are clearly on our side.

Returns

None, except as expressly set out below or required by applicable law, Custom Products are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for;

  • change of mind;
  • preference changes (e.g., you no longer like the design);
  • incorrect sizes chosen by you or your team;
  • minor colour variations within industry-standard tolerances;
  • normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery.

Our Errors or Defective Products

We will act reasonably where the error is clearly on our side.


On receipt, if products are:

  • produced with a material manufacturing defect, or

  • do not match the Approved Artwork/Proofs in a significant way (e.g., wrong name, number, team logo, or major design deviation), or

  • delivered in incorrect quantities or sizes due to our documented error,

 

then, at our sole discretion and subject to applicable law, we will:

  • remake or replace the affected items at no additional cost to you within a reasonable time; or

  • provide a credit or partial refund limited to the affected items.

 

We may request photos, samples, or return of the defective or incorrect items (at our cost) before authorizing any remedy.

Customer-Caused Errors

Where the issue arises from information, files, approvals, or instructions provided or approved by you (including your delegates, coaches, managers, or team representatives)

 

such as:

  • spelling errors in names;

  • incorrect numbers or size lists;

  • low-resolution or poor-quality artwork supplied by you;

  • design changes requested after approval;

  • We are not obliged to remake, refund, or discount the products.
 

We may, at our discretion, offer a paid re-order or a goodwill discount, but this is not guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

Once an Order for Custom Products has been approved and entered into production (including the purchase of materials, patterning, or printing setup), it cannot be cancelled, and any payments made are non-refundable, except where we cannot fulfill the Order or where mandated by applicable law. If you request cancellation before production begins, we may, at our discretion, cancel the order and refund payments less any non-recoverable costs (e.g., design work, sampling, administration fees.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should email us at customersupport@xsuniforms.com for instructions. We will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
